Self-Esteem

We often confuse self-esteem with arrogance. When we are overly confident or condescending toward others, it is the
opposite of positive self-esteem. People often misunderstand that you may be rather discreet, unassuming and still
have great self-esteem. Self esteem is demonstrated in how you value yourself in your treatment of others, not in
how strongly you can voice your opinions or thrust your values on another person. Self esteem can also be seen when
someone speaks their truths in a loving way, recognizing that both parties' points of view have value; speaking
your truths but not being attached to the need to be right.
A specific aspect of self-esteem that can be difficult to deal with is self-image and healthy choices.
Blessings,
Fabienne.
